The Company

Join a Series A funded SaaS platform who are one the first to market with their innovative eCommerce solution. With a unique product offering in the world of eCommerce, the team is set to scale over the next 12 months and make a big impact across their retail customer base.


As the US Sales Leader you will join the team at an early stage in their growth journey, with overall responsibility for the GTM function in North America. Building, growing and leading the revenue function, you will be responsible for leading your team to win new business sales at new customer accounts in retail and fashion (mid-market to enterprise) and developing account plans that drive expansion within the existing customer base. Recruiting, onboarding and coaching high performing sales quota carriers will be key to success in this role, as well as defining processes and executing on strategies for success in the region.

Requirements 
  • Experience leading teams as a frontline sales leader to achieve quota in B2B SaaS sales as a VP Sales, Sales Director, Head of Sales and high-performing Sales Manager with industry knowledge of targeting prospects within eCommerce, retail, fashion or similar
  • Your success stories include developing experienced AEs into top performing reps and bringing through high potential talent from the BDR route to successful quota carrying AEs
  • Comfortable operating at mostly a $100-$200k ARR price point, whilst also having the capability to coach your team through occasional more complex, larger deals (<500k) when the opportunity arises
  • A background selling eCommerce platforms, retail tech solutions or marketing technology products could be beneficial
  • Appetite to be part of an early-stage startup and a small but fast-growing revenue team
  • A creative mentality, with a thirst for continuous improvement and learning
  • Takes accountability for your own impact and can work with autonomy when required
