Our client is a series A funded start-up that has built a platform enabling customers to communicate internally and with their own customers across all the major messaging and collaboration tools via a single interface whilst also providing archiving capabilities for compliance purposes.
They are looking to grow their EMEA team and need to hire a VP to lead the business in the region.

They are looking to grow their EMEA team and need to hire a VP to lead the business in the region.
The role
- Recruit, train and coach the EMEA sales team
- Drive performance to ensure quarterly and annual revenues goals are achieved
- Support the creation and improvement of the regional market strategy
- Set and track KPIs and report pipeline and sales progress to the CRO
- Implement and refine the sales methodology
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience at a startup or scale-up
- Proven track record of meeting a multimillion-pound sales quota
- Experience implementing a sales methodology such as MEDDICC
