VP of Sales North America- IOT Cyber Security, Networks, Connectivity
North America (remote)
$160,000 + double OTE

I am currently working with an IOT Cyber Security scale up who went through their series A funding last year and raised $8mil. They provide real-time analytics and cyber security solutions for deployment in mass scale B2B and IIoT networks and have won awards for their innovative solution in IOT for 2022. They have a phenomenal track record and have clients eg. Akamai, e-on and Motorola.

They looking to scale in North America and need their first person on the ground to do this and are looking for a VP of Sales to come in and build the sales business. This includes collaborating with the CRO to create a go-to-market strategy, sales playbook and be responsible for the growth in the region. As the business scales you will be able to build and manage a team.

The role:

  • Develop a sales strategy and go-to-market plan for North America
  • Develop and maintain new business wins across target verticals
  • Ensure you have a real time sales forecast and funnel management using internal tools
  • Work closely with both clients and partners to win deals and maintain relationships
  • Create a strategy for hiring

Requirements:

  • Have passion to work in a start-up environment and have the autonomy and agility to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong new business sales experience in IOT, IIOT, Cyber Security and have relationships with Network/Connectivity providers in the region
  • Leadership qualities or experience and results driven
  • Vertical knowledge eg. Telco, Smart Cities, Transportation
