£100,000- £120,000 basic + double OTE

London (hybrid)

I am currently retained by a scaling Performance Management SaaS solution. The solution helps HR teams and leaders better manage, nurture and retain their employees.

There are 3 key areas my clients solution solves which are- allowing employees and leaders to manage performance and understand areas of improvement and growth objectives, drives alignment internally to ensure everyone is pushing for the same goal and it provides employees with clear progression plans to help with their career development.

The foundation of the business has been made and they have grown organically up until this point. They are now in the next phase of their growth and are looking for a VP of Sales who will be responsible in building out the commercial team including sales, customer success and marketing. Collaborate with the founder directly to create a playbook, sales/commercial structure and help to improve how the commercial team work and go to market.


  • Experience in a start-up SaaS business ideally within HR Software
  • Acted in a player coach role where you are happy to sell and execute as well as strategise, sell and people manage
  • Have a proven track record of scaling up a business and increasing average deal size, looking at product market fit and increasing size of target customer
  • Someone that has come from a hunting sales background within SaaS
  • Ability to manage sales, marketing and customer success and ensure there is collaboration cross functionally
