The Company

Our Client is a successful and highly ambitious B2B SaaS company delivering recruitment-specific analytics, business intelligence, reporting and gamification to help recruitment companies increase revenue, scale efficiently, improve data quality and motivate teams.

Due to considerable growth, they are now looking to invest in and expand their London based sales team.

The Role:

  • Creating and executing sales strategies
  • Lead generation
  • Consultative approach to the sales cycle
  • Use Salesforce to report and analyse all activity
  • Communicate and negotiate both internally and externally
  • Build and maintain long lasting relationships with customer

Skills and Requirements:

  • Demonstrate success in sales, and preferable dealing with larger accounts.
  • Knowledge and passion of: SaaS, B2B, people and data
  • The ability to sell on value rather than product
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
  • Active listening skills
