Compensation: $300k OTE + Shares

 

I am currently retained by a leading software vendor who are a unicorn in Conversational AI and Automation. My client is the leader in Conversational AI which uses AI, automation and machine learning to enable companies to improve their customer experience and bridge the gap between humans and machines within the contact center environment.

 

They are series E funded and raised $400mil this year and massively scaling globally. They have just launched a new Video AI solution focused around emotional intelligence for Sales and Revenue based teams. The solution enables sales team to gain real time insights and post call conversation intelligence to improve their overall sales processes and acumen.

 

This role is to help launch the new product and lead and manage 2 sales individuals in the San Francisco Bay Area.

 

The role:

  • You will be fundamental to the growth of the new product and will be responsible for 2 individual contributors and carrying your own quota and bringing in revenue for the new solution
  • Strategize with the VP of Sales to identify target accounts and develop new business relationships and build a solid pipeline targeting enterprise customers
  • Develop and maintain C-level relationships to truly understand clients problems and provide a solution based approach
  • Develop, coach and lead the sales individuals that directly report into you and ensure they achieve quotas, understand the solution, product market fit and target customers
  • Work cross-functionally with the technical teams, marketing, wider sales and partnerships to understand the product and business

 

Experience:

  • Experienced in developing and managing large complex deals and stakeholders in a B2B software environment. Preference within Sales Enablement or Revenue Intelligence software
  • Been in a player manager role and understand what it takes to lead a team from the front line and coach and develop the sales team
  • Hunter mentality who has the energy and enthusiasm to build and be a part of a start-up/ scale-up
