The Opportunity

Join a Unicorn technology organisation within a new product line and startup business unit that is receiving significant investment this year. Already displacing some major players in a huge addressable market, their unique AI driven technology uses computer vision to provide key insights and real-time recommendations to sales and revenue teams.
Joining the team at an early stage in their growth journey, this newly created role holds regional sales leadership responsibility. As the first salesperson on the ground in the region, you will partner closely with the leadership team to define regional sales strategy, win new customer contracts, exceed sales quota and recruit and lead a high performing sales team.

  • Experience leading, mentoring or coaching salespeople as a senior salesperson or frontline sales leader to achieve quota in B2B SaaS sales
  • Your success stories include thriving in a diverse and fast paced role where you will carry your own quota and lead from the front
  • Comfortable operating mainly in the upper mid-market to enterprise sphere, whilst also having the capability to sell land and expand opportunities
  • A background in, or an understanding of, any of the following solutions could be beneficial: GTM technology, sales intelligence, sales enablement, sales operations, conversation intelligence, sales automation
  • Appetite to be part of a small and fast-growing business unit within a global scaling Unicorn
  • Takes accountability for your own impact and can work with autonomy when required
