Location: NYC or east-coast US remote
The company
My client is an established and growing fintech with a suite of products that helps asset owners and hedge funds better understand their portfolios. They have a data management solution with underpins the powerful analytics tools which help to improve investment strategy, reporting, asset allocation and much more
The role
- New business sales targeting asset owners and hedge funds in North America
- Work with marketing, attend events and use your network to build a pipeline of sales opportunities
- Work with pre-sales to demonstrate the product’s capabilities and answer client questions
- Close business including managing commercial and contractual negotiations in line with agreed quota
- Represent the brand at relevant industry and networking events
- Provide the product team with customer feedback to support ongoing development of the solutions
- Regular reporting on pipeline and sales progress to senior management
Requirements
- Proven record of selling complex SaaS solutions into the capital markets space
- New logo sales experience
- The tenacity and determination to succeed in a growing company
- Top class negotiations skills
- Excellent relationship and rapport building skills
- A team-player who will support and encourage colleagues
