New Business Sales Executive, (Public Sector, Telecommunications WAN, LAN VoIP And MPLS).

50,000 gdp Basic plus commission.

Our client is a well-established player in the managed IT solutions industry, bringing together the best breed voice and IT solutions to business clients in the UK, my client works with all major operators in the industry and integrates all proven technologies, as a New Business Sales Executive your responsibilities will include developing and acquiring new customers for the company, you will be based in the Central

London office, however, travel to other UK locations may be required.

The Role:

  • Develop new business accounts
  • Working within the publics sector
  • Working with technical consultants and internal support to create the commercial proposition
  • Win and close business, with successful negotiation with contracts
  • Understanding the competition and overcoming objections
  • Offer mentoring and guidance to other team members
  • Build deep and consultative relationships with your client base
  • Work towards achieving/smashing targets set
  • Generate a strong sales pipeline for the company

Skills and Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Have worked selling into the public sector
  • Positive, organized and entrepreneurial attuited
  • Competent with using Excel, PowerPoint, outlook and word.
  • Strong sales, negation and influencing skills
  • High level of commercial awareness
