The North Starr recruitment business are looking to hire a seasoned International HR Business Partner.
The role will be based between offices in Cheltenham, London & Paris. Our client will pay expenses for a UK based HRBP to stay in Paris for 4 months.
The successful Human Resource BP will be able to combine their talents for best practice HR with French ER legislation.
You will be working autonomously so will need to be able to hit the ground running from day one as a contractor.
The key responsibilities are as follows:
Support the European business with Employee Relations legislation across the French region.
Help to provide a comprehensive and commercially driven HR service to French workforce.
Advise & coach managers to develop their skills and behaviours.
Work as an ER expert and help Senior Directorate with complex grievance and disciplinary cases
Design & create Social plans and deal with the Work Council in France.
The core skills required for an immediate phone interview are as follows:
Fluent in verbal & written French is essential.
Commercial experience within HR Management at Managerial or BP level
Strong experience with Work Council, Social Planning & Employee Relations
Experience across HR Policy, Employment Law, Employee Relations, Change Management and Engagement
Excellent experience with business strategy, Leadership & coaching, pay & reward benefits
Flexible on working location with trips to Paris required.

Please note that there are multiple office locations across the South of England for the contractor to be based from and working full-time in Paris for the right person.
