Up to £100,000 basic + double OTE
I am currently working with a scaling software start-up. My client provides one of the only Virtual Reality, Immersive Technology & Gamification solution that is transforming the way people learn within Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Energy, construction sectors. Legacy Training & Learning Management solutions are outdated and ineffective and my client is truly changing the way in which people learn and stay safe within these environments.
They have won major enterprise accounts for example BP, Shell, General Electric and FieldCore. These are industry giants who are bought into what my client is doing and believe this is the future.
They are currently looking to bring on an Enterprise New Business Sales individual to help to develop, manage and close enterprise level relationships across Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Energy, construction sectors.
The role:
- New business sales individual targeting enterprises
- Understanding of the problem, understanding the product and how it solving the problem for the client
- Solution based approach, value based seller and emotionally intelligent and understands how to present the solution to c-level stakeholders
- Hungry to close deals
- Worked in an early-stage business and understands the pains and positives of working in a start-up.
- To collaborate closely with the CEO to develop a playbook of best practice for developing new business
- You need to really care about the customer and understand this is not a transaction and you need to take them on a journey
- You need to be trustworthy, understand start-up culture, hungry to get things done and be creative
