$150,000 basic + double OTE

I am currently working with a scaling leader who provide a Machine Learning observability platform. My client has been through series A funding and were listed in the Fortune 50 AI awards for their solution and will be the unicorn in this industry.

Machine learning is everywhere in today’s world from online shopping, searching for a job, applying for credit and social media campaigns. My client is the leading provider of ML observability to help Machine Learning teams identify and diagnose problems and improve the overall results and allowing the artificial intelligence to work seamlessly.

They are rapidly growing and looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales individual to join their rocket ship. They already have won clients eg. Adobe, Ebay & Twilio. The market is hot and there is little competition providing observability to the Machine Learning space. They promise to make organizations Machine Learning bulletproof and drive more revenue.

The role:

  • New business sales individual targeting enterprises
  • Have a deep understanding of the product and how it solving the problem for the client
  • Solution based approach, value based seller and emotionally intelligent and understands how to present the solution to c-level stakeholders
  • Hungry to close deals
  • Worked in an early-stage business and understands the pains and positives of working in a scale-up
  • You need to be trustworthy, understand start-up culture, hungry to get things done and be creative
  • Tenacity and creativity with enterprise accounts and accounts plans
  • Technical background and understand a technical sale, selling to devops, engineering, technology side of a business


  • 5+ years experience in B2B software preferably within Machine Learning, Data, AI solutions
  • Self-starter and ability to manage a process from initial prospect to close
  • Understanding of High Mid-Market/ Enterprise level customers
  • Ability to solution sell/value-based sell
  • MEDDIC, MEDDPIC or BANT methodologies
