Location: London

Compensation: £85,000 - £110,00- + bonus DOE

The company

An established and growing provider of trading systems to the global financial markets industry. My client has grown both organically and through acquisition in the recent years and is now looking to hire a Director of Sales Operations to strengthen the sales organisation, reporting to the CRO in London

The role

• Pipeline analysis

• Revenue forecasting and reporting

• Commission plans and incentives

• Improve Salesforce usage

• Support quota and territory planning

• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity

• Special projects

• Board presentations

• Support the sales team to improve sales effectiveness

Requirements

• Previously experience in a SaaS sales operations role

• Salesforce expertise

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Excellent communication skills
