Customer Success Manager- Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality

Up to £100,000 basic + OTE  

I am currently working with a scaling software start-up. My client provides one of the only Virtual Reality, Immersive Technology & Gamification solution that is transforming the way people learn within Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Energy, construction sectors. Legacy Training & Learning Management solutions are outdated and ineffective and my client is truly changing the way in which people learn and stay safe within these environments.

They have won major enterprise accounts for example BP, Shell, General Electric and FieldCore. These are industry giants who are bought into what my client is doing and believe this is the future.

They are currently looking to bring on an Enterprise Customer Success Manager individual to help to develop, manage and expand their enterprise level relationships across Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Energy, construction sectors.

The role:

  • Strong Customer Success background within technology with a sales mentality to expand enterprise accounts eg. BP, Shell and FieldCore
  • Fully take on all the relationships with the likes of the Enterprise accounts and become the trusted advisor with the accounts and ensure that the business understand the product, how to use it and how to maximize usage across the business
  • Create a strategy to expand within the enterprise accounts and build relationships with C-levels and decision makers
  • Have a start-up mentality
  • Very product focused and this individual should be feeding back on the solution and if there are issues with integrations and usage to improve overall success
