Customer Success Manager - Software Sales

The Company

Our Client is a successful and highly ambitious B2B SaaS company delivering recruitment-specific analytics, business intelligence, reporting and gamification to help recruitment companies increase revenue, scale efficiently, improve data quality and motivate teams.

Due to considerable growth, they are now looking to invest in and expand their London based sales team and are looking for a head of sales with a background in B2B, SaaS, sales leaderships roles. You will have the opportunity to develop and grow your team by recruiting, identifying and training. As well as playing a key role in the evolution of the business.

The Role:

  • Providing excellent customer service through email and phone support
  • Assisting colleagues in escalations and messaging
  • Investigating into new and inventive processes to further streamline the Support function
  • Investigating into new and unseen circumstances, using gained knowledge and technical skills to identify root cause and solutions
  • Implementing and supporting new go-live Clients

Skills and Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of logical troubleshooting
  • Provide a high standard of customer service, being able to handle difficult conversations
  • SQL query and stored procedure experience, REST/API experience and Java code experience helpful
  • Experience in SaaS, CRM knowledge, recruitment a bonus but not necessary
  • Must be organised and methodical
  • Ideally with have hands on experience on working within small, dynamic fast growth businesses
