Hudson County (3 days per week office-based)
Compensation package: $180,000 - $200,000 OTE (50/50) + stock options
 
 
Join a well-funded early stage startup, headquartered in EMEA who are now expanding their North America sales team. An innovative SaaS platform enables device manufacturers and hardware producers to offer subscription-based models. Customers include leading businesses across engineering, robotics, manufacturing, smart buildings, audiovisual and automotive. The team is ready to scale globally in 2023 and make a big impact across their customer base.
 
The US region is company's top priority and most important market globally. With an existing customer base, growing revenues, case studies and customer references, we are now looking to recruit an ambitious new business salesperson to join the small team on the ground in the US.
 
This is an opportunity to work closely with the company leadership team, developing and nurturing leads and then driving the full sales cycle in new customer acquisition.
 
Requirements
 
  • Experience of achieving sales targets in B2B SaaS or B2B technology sales. Previous roles might include Account Executive, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Commercial Sales or similar
  • Previous experience working in/or selling to any of the following: industrial, mechanical, robotics, engineering, smart buildings companies
  • Comfortable selling mid-market opportunities in the region of $30,000-$50,000 ACV with the potential to close larger deals when the opportunity arises
  • Enthusiastic about the opportunities for SaaS models and IoT services to disrupt the hardware and device manufacturing world
  • Desire to be part of the early sales team in a startup business
  • Consultative sales approach, ready to educate buyers on the value of a new technology solution to help transform their business
