They now require a hungry Account Executive to help them take their growth to the next level.
The Company
Launched in 2018, our client is a cloud-based, AI-powered Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) platform, which connects directly to a company’s accounting system (QuickBooks/ Online/ Xero) and automatically provides real-time performance insights, accurate cash flow forecasts, and intuitive financial modelling tools with no manual setup required.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving net new revenue, selling to companies making between $1M and $30M in revenue and small advisory firms like CPA firms and Outsourced CFOs.
If you bring 4+ years experience closing software deals with mid-market sized customers, you will be given unlimited potential and room to grow into your dream role.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver against a meaningful revenue quota, through new business sales generation, targeting new customer accounts and growing business within accounts.
- Build a network and pipeline with targeted customer audiences.
- Work in conjunction with marketing to develop a list of target accounts to prospect.
- Research and reach out to target accounts through a variety of channels--email, phone, social media, direct mail, in person meetings, etc.
- Qualify and set up inbound meetings. Helping the business move up-market and scale the business by bringing in more and bigger companies and partnerships.
- Help develop an outbound sales process that enables the business to scale.
- Partner with marketing and product/ customer success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Leverage HubSpot for lead and pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in a hunter role, selling SaaS products.
- 360-degree proven Sales process experience, generating and closing deals (ideally mid-market) without relying on SDR or sales support.
- Hunger and passion for closing new business sales.
- Combination of passion for brand, exceptional sales skills, and technical competency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sales process discipline.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Autonomous mindset – having worked in small start ups previously is highly desirable.
- Experience selling Accountancy/ Finance software tools is highly desirable.
- Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot and other tools like ZoomInfo.
