My client is the leading provider of Video Management Software & Enterprise Incident Management solutions to the top clients within Transportation, Government, Manufacturing, Airports & Critical Infrastructure. They also have excellent, strategically selected partnerships globally.
They were acquired last year by a renowned provider of Digital Reality Solutions. The acquisition has been fantastic for my client as they have kept their own identity but have huge resources and access to an extended customer & partner base.
They are expanding their Channel Sales team and are looking for a Channel Sales Manager for the North East, where you will be responsible for some of their largest Channel Partners & breaking into new ones.

They are expanding their Channel Sales team and are looking for a Channel Sales Manager for the North East, where you will be responsible for some of their largest Channel Partners & breaking into new ones.
The role:
- Develop new business Channel Partnerships
- Retain, manage and expand existing Channel Partners in the North East
- Manage large complex sales cycles from the initial prospect to close, being the clients trusted advisor throughout and utilising product, presales and development functions internally when needed
- Be able to have a consultative approach with the customer to offer a bespoke offering tailored to their individual requirements
- Achieve quotas set on a quarterly and annual basis
- 5 years + experience in a Channel Sales role
- Knowledge selling Physical Security solutions, Enterprise Incident Management or Video Management Software
- Knowledge of key sectors- Transportation, Airports, Cities and Financial institutions
- Strong commercial skills and solution selling capabilities
- Market leading compensation packages and commission structure
- Ability to be part of a small nimble team but have the resources of a multi-billion dollar company
- Ability to impact the sales business across the US and progress quickly
