Compensation: Up to £120,000 salary depending on skills and experience + bonus

The Role:
- Project Management Excellence: Lead the onboarding of customers, serving as the primary liaison between customer teams and internal delivery teams.
- Issue Resolution: Tackle challenges head-on, ensuring positive outcomes for our clients.
- Relationship Maintenance: Foster and nurture client relationships, ensuring they derive maximum benefits from our innovative solutions.
- Business Growth: Identify additional use cases for our products and contribute to revenue growth from existing accounts.
- Ad Hoc Excellence: Undertake occasional tasks to reinforce positive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Operational Expertise: Background in operations or Customer Success Management (CSM).
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrable understanding of the energy/commodities trade lifecycle.
- Client Engagement: Excellent client-facing skills with a commitment to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
