Customer Success Manager – Energy, Commodities, SaaS, Machine Learning, AI

Location: London (West End) | 2 days per week
Compensation: Up to £120,000 salary depending on skills and experience + bonus

The Company:

My client specialises in automating and streamlining the trade lifecycle documentation process, employing cutting-edge machine learning and generative AI. Their solutions reduce manual errors, enhance efficiency, and derive valuable insights from diverse documents such as invoices, settlements, letters of credit, and weight certificates.

The Role:
  • Project Management Excellence: Lead the onboarding of customers, serving as the primary liaison between customer teams and internal delivery teams.
  • Issue Resolution: Tackle challenges head-on, ensuring positive outcomes for our clients.
  • Relationship Maintenance: Foster and nurture client relationships, ensuring they derive maximum benefits from our innovative solutions.
  • Business Growth: Identify additional use cases for our products and contribute to revenue growth from existing accounts.
  • Ad Hoc Excellence: Undertake occasional tasks to reinforce positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:
  • Operational Expertise: Background in operations or Customer Success Management (CSM).
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrable understanding of the energy/commodities trade lifecycle.
  • Client Engagement: Excellent client-facing skills with a commitment to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
